Direct ESPR priority

Textiles and apparel are the first-ranked final-product priority. The date is an act-adoption target, not a DPP enforcement deadline.

Tyres

Future measures may address recyclability, recycled content and end-of-life impacts.

Furniture

Direct ESPR priority

The priority focuses on lifetime extension, material efficiency and reducing waste and lifecycle impacts.

Mattresses

Planned work targets waste reduction, longer lifetimes and material efficiency.

Electronics and ICT

Direct ESPR priority

A single universal electronics DPP deadline has not been adopted; requirements will depend on the applicable measure and any equivalent system such as EPREL.

Energy-related products

Direct ESPR priority

Some products may use EPREL as an equivalent digital system. Each applicable measure must be checked separately.

Batteries

Sector-specific DPP regime

A battery passport is required for LMT batteries, industrial batteries above 2 kWh and electric-vehicle batteries placed on the market or put into service.

Toys

Sector-specific DPP regime

Manufacturers will create an interoperable toy DPP linked through a data carrier, subject to the Regulation's transitional provisions.

Construction products

Sector-specific DPP regime

The CPR pathway brings declarations, safety information and instructions into a digital product-information system. No universal mandatory DPP date should be inferred.

Packaging

Related digital requirements

This is the PPWR's general application date, not a claim that all packaging must carry a full ESPR DPP on that date.

Detergents and surfactants

Sector-specific DPP regime

The Regulation generally applies from this date. Automatic customs verification also depends on the registry interconnection being operational.
